Esmatullah Attal
Mr. Attal has been serving actively in the non profitable organizations from last 14 years and is the founder/ director of the WOPAA who has extensive experience in management has led more than 50 projects in humanitarian, grants, construction, irrigation in Afghanistan with USAID-CEMONICS-RAM UP South-BNECC. Personal highlights include a professional in areas of administration, procurement Project Controls/Financial reporting and financial management with high integrity and professionalism. He has also served as Project manager for USAID-CEMONICS-RAM UP – USAID-DAI, BNECC, USAID-BLUMONT and KFZ Kandahar food zone program US EMBASSY Kabul
Habibullah Azmat
Habibullah Azmat holds Master degree in Development Policies and Practices from Graduate institute of Geneva, Switzerland and has done his bachelors from BUITEMS University Pakistan. He has worked with different Public private and non-profitable organizations in on the key leadership positions. Beside this he has also been affiliated with United Nations Institute for Training and Research – UNITAR since 2014 and has been serving as Mentor and Resource Person Voluntarily.
Ehsanullah Ehsan
Mr. Ehsan has been working on different capacities with government/ non-government and donor funded organizations from last 12 years. He has extensive experience in project management and implementations, public affairs and awareness programs. On the personal traits, he is excellent communicator with having good understanding of Afghan people and cultural sensitivities.
