WOPA was founded in 2008 to participate in Afghan rehabilitation and community development activities. The main aim of the organization is to reduce the suffering of vulnerable people through the implementation of relief and development programs by providing them with every possible assistance and income-generation opportunity in the field of their choice of expertise through training and capacity building, as well as the provision of tools and incentives.
